Air freight conditions

شروط الشحن الجوي: عند تأكيد العملية فإن العميل يؤكد موافقته على ما يلي:

· سيقوم الحموي بإيصال البضاعة للموقع الذي يحدده العميل خلال مدة أقصاها عشرة أيام عمل، وقد تم إضافة أجور الشحن لثمن البضاعة فقط، وبالتالي فإن أي ضرر قد يلحق بالبضاعة أثناء عملية الشحن، فإن الحموي سيقوم إما باستبدال البضاعة المتضررة أو إعادة ثمنها بحسب ما يقرره العميل على أن يتم إبلاغ الحموي بذلك خلال مدة أقصاها ثلاثة أيام عمل.

· على العميل التعاون بشأن تزويد السلطات المختصة في بلد الوصول بأية معلومات ذات صلة حال طلبها.

· العميل مسؤول عن الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب في بلد الوصول حال تطبيقها على البضاعة.

يتم شحن جميع المنتجات عبر DHL Express. عند تقديم طلبك، فإنك توافق على التعامل مع شركة DHL، أو وسيط محلي تتعاقد معه شركة DHL لتسليم منتجاتك. أنت تقر وتوافق على أنه يجوز لشركة DHL أن تفرض عليك رسوم وساطة بالإضافة إلى أي رسوم أو ضرائب مطبقة، والتي يمكن حسابها إما كنسبة مئوية من قيمة الشحنة أو كرسم رمزي. قد تطلب شركة DHL دفع هذه الرسوم مقدماً عند التوقيع على البضائع، أو قد ترسل لك فاتورة بالبريد. نحن لا نستلم أي جزء من هذه الرسوم ولا يمكننا استرداد أي تكاليف يتم تكبدها.

تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التأكد من أن تفاصيل التسليم التي قدمتها دقيقة وكاملة. خلاف ذلك، لن نتمكن من توصيل المنتجات التي اشتريتها.

Air freight conditions: Upon confirmation of the purchase, the customer confirms his agreement to the following:

· Al Hamawi will deliver the goods to the location specified by the customer within a maximum period of ten working days. The shipping fees have been added to the price of the goods. In the event of any damage to the goods during shipment, Al Hamawi will either replace the damaged goods or refund the price thereof according to the customer’s decision, subject to Al Hamawi being informed of the same within a maximum period of three working days.

· The customer shall cooperate in providing the competent authorities in the country of arrival with any relevant information, where requested.

· The customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes in the country of arrival, where applicable.

All products are shipped via DHL Express, when placing your order you agree to engage with DHL, or a local broker hired by DHL to deliver your products. You acknowledge and agree that DHL may charge you a brokerage fee in addition to any applicable duties or taxes, which may be calculated as either a percentage of the value of the shipment or a minimum fee. DHL may either require this fee upfront when you sign for the goods, or it may invoice you by mail. We receive no part of these fees and cannot provide a refund for any such costs incurred.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provided are accurate and complete. Otherwise, we will not be able to deliver the products you have purchased.
